Founder of Tocino Foods,
Haydee de Pedro Alonzo, was a successful restaurant owner in the
Philippines, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Foods and Nutrition (Diploma in
1971) and a Dietetic Internship Program
(Certificate in 1972), both from leading universities in the Philippines.
Ms. Alonzo also has a Certificate
of Food and
Beverage Management from Vancouver Community College, British Columbia,
Canada in 1989, among her
other academic pursuits and experience in the work place.
Tocino Foods Inc. is a family
owned corporation, headed by Haydee de Pedro Alonzo as its president with
Neil Andrew Kirkwood Munro and Dorothy Ewing Munro, son and daughter
respectively, both shareholders and directors of the company.
